Dust in the wind
So the week-end has come and gone and all in all, it was fine. Danny went and worked a little OT on Saturday so after doing the dreaded weekly shopping trip, I just hung out around the house and chilled. That’s always fun.
It was extremely windy on Saturday and then all the dust blew in. It was so wild!!! The sky turned yellow….it was so wicked. I would hate to live in West Texas where this is common because it would get old fast. I was inside my house and could taste the dirt in the air. Blech!
Finally, finally, finally after two years of searching I found the right bedding set for my room. Woohoo! I thought I had the perfect sheets but turns out I have to do a little more shopping before I get that right. We were so inspired with the new comforter, we came right home and repainted the bedroom walls so it looks really pretty in there and I love it. My hubby rocks when it comes to that stuff 🙂
I’m still in a teensy bit of mourning over losing my blog over on Blogger but I am trying to hang in there and learn this new stuff. If you know me, you know that’s an accomplishment for me.
Gotta run and pick up the girls from school. Until next time!

In a web that is my own, I begin again
So here I am again, starting out a new blog. Why? Because Blogger sucks that’s why. After weeks of not being able to access my blog there, I finally gave up and deleted it and opened a new account. I’m not able to access that one either! And there is no place to contact them about the problem so I finally just had to give up. So here I am trying to learn how to use this one 🙂 Should be fun!
